Return Policy and Conditions
We offer a 10-day money back guarantee* from the original ship date for most unopened, factory-sealed merchandise. Certain restrictions apply. Defective merchandise can be returned for exchange within 30 days of the original invoice date. After 30 days, only the manufacturer's warranty applies and no returns will be accepted.
A RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) is required for ALL returns or exchanges. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returns. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA#, or the RMA will be void. RMA#'s are non-renewable. Please contact us to request an RMA#.
Any merchandise returned after the RMA period, without a valid RMA#, or in a condition indicating abuse or misuse, will be returned at the sender's expense.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. Money-back or credit returns must be unopened, with the factory seal intact. Defective returns must include all components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables & accessories. AztecData.com inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the aforementioned criteria.
